This quirky ring is an ideal gift for that someone with a great sense of humour! The 'Pure Balls' ring consists of a plain silver band with three balls set on it. The base of the setting has been oxidised to make the balls pop! The 'Pure Balls' ring looks fab on its own as a standalone ring, sandwiched between two of your own stack rings or worn as a cool thumb ring.
The story card accompanying this ring reads:
'In Ireland, when something is not going our way, we refer to that issue as 'a pure balls'! This 'Pure Balls' adornment consists of three solid silver balls. As three is considered a lucky number in Irish culture, it is hoped that the wearer's misfortune will turn around when wearing it'
Dimensions: 2.5mm thick silver band.
Materials and thinking: Oxidised sterling silver.
This ring sums up how we speak in our every day lives, our broad tongue that makes us unique to the rest of the world. Being from Donegal, I'd say this a lot if giving out about something, i.e, 'Jee that is a pure baaalllllsss'! The emphasis on the 'balls', just to show how frustrated I am!
