Something I've always wanted to try to make is a piece of jewellery using breast milk! This piece was commissioned for a lady from her mother after she gave birth to her second child. The breast milk was set in resin, making it hard and is seen here in the larger whitish stone set. It is symbolic of the mothers face, over-looking her precious brood. It is accompanied by a pearl and amethyst stone, the birthstones of her two children. The angel wing implies how we feel about our own mammies, they are angels in disguise! This wee mammy certainly is!
